Incompatible Ram causing PC to freeze?

So I have been dealing with system freezes for months. Sometimes with a buzzing sound and/or a restart. At the moment it is just a freeze and I have to manually turn off my pc. So I had a look at my Motherboard memory compatibility sheet and the RAM is not listed on there. Would this likely be what is causing this ongoing issue?

Prior to this discovery I've taken it to a repair shop and they saw no issues with the hardware and said possibility an external issue. I've tested it with a new mouse, got a new psu and external mic.

It seems to do it when I game especially league of legends and pubg. And when I stream on twitch. But it now does it doing simple tasks. I've taken out one ram stick and it made it worse. Freezing when I log into the PC.

I did an intel burn test and it never crashed either. I also rolled back nvidia drivers and did a clean install of them as well as windows 10.

Not sure what else could be the issue. Just kind of what some advice before I buy AUD$300 RAM that's compatible with this motherboard, just in case it possibly is something else.

This pc was built in October so all parts are new. PSU replaced brand new power supply I had before.
Specs:
- CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
- PSU: Corsair CX 750M
- GPU: Galax GeForce 1050 Ti OC 4GB
- MOBO: Asrock AB350M Pro4 AM4
- HDD: WD Blue 1TB SATA

Thank you

Thank you for your reply.
No I just did the install of Windows. I didn't even know how to update a bios back then. It was the 2.50 version. Now it is the 3.30 which I did recently as people suggested it may help with my issues. I wasn't aware of the incompatible ram prior to this . I haven't fiddled with any overclocking as i'm not an advanced user and I don't know how.

So did you end up buying the ram? Did it fix your problem? I'm having similar issues with my asrock mb.
