H100 screws wont budge at all! Much help needed

Im selling off my rig and im trying to remove my corsair h100 from my cpu.
Apparently the screws that go through my motherboard and are connected to the backplate wont budge at all.

What kind of tools do i need to remove it? Please help

Screwdrivers or pliers?
