I7 7700k with a B250 board- are these benchmark numbers normal?

I thought it should be 4.5GHZ? It's only showing one core at 4.5.
Also my power usage isn't going above 80W and the load is only reaching 95%...

I'm also wondering why it's not using 90W TDP.

I have a 7700k and my Intel score data is about the same as you describe. But your temp is much lower than mine which is 72C. Can you tell me what cooler you are using please?

That's funny because I just replaced the cooler and case on Friday due to high temps after upgrading from a G4560. My crappy case with no front fans and the artic 7 air cooler I bought wasn't cutting it.

I ended up picking up this bad boy on sale for 29.99 after rebate. http://
It's the cooler master liquidmaster all-in-on liquid cooler 120mm. They also have a 240mm available, but the 120 is working fine for me.
I had my doubts due to the low price, but it looks like I lucked out.
