Upgrading-will I see a difference?

Hello guys so I am upgrading my PC at a very tight budget, I use it mainly for gaming, right now I have an Intel core duo E8400 with 4GB DDR2 and AMD Radeon 6570 2GB... So I'm going to buy a new Mobo (B350), AMD Ryzen 1200, and 1x8GB DDR4 (planning to go with 16 later). I don't have more money for a new GPU right now, and I would like to know if I will see any difference with those new parts in fps gain. I mainly play Friday the 13th, and right now I have 13-23 fps average, will it go up or is it a GPU problem? Also I will finally be able to play GTA5, which with my dual core and low RAM could not due to the terrible shuttering... What's your opinion? Thanks.

The big difference will be once you get the a new GPU to complete the upgrade.

But you should see an improvement, the current GPU will be holding you back once you upgrade the CPU,MB and RAM.
As far as the ram goes you need to get a dual channel kit 2x 4GB. More than likely if you try and add a 2nd 8GB to what you plan on getting it won't work as it won't be a matched set.

As far as performance goes you will see an improvement over the Core 2 Duo, but it will need a new GPU like a GTX 1050Ti.
