i3 3220 with gtx 1050Ti?

My PC Spec:
Mobo H61 DS2 rev 4.0
RAM 6GB DDR3 Buss 1333
CPU intel core i3 3220
VGA GT 730 1GD5
I have a plant to buy GTX 1050Ti 4GB and replacer my old VGA.
So with this CPU, it will work fine? Will it bottleneck? Do I have to upgrade CPU to i5?
I'm playing Rise of Tombraider, Witcher 3, GTAV, Black Desert online, DOTA 2.

the concept of bottleneck is over rated, it's a good card, an older slower CPU but the the bump in GPU always does way more good than harm. If you find the CPU is holding you back in games like GTA V (it likely is) cross that bridge when you come to it.
