I have had a serious problem when it comes to internet on my computer that has been ongoing for about a week now, The problem seems to persist inside my pc.
Every 5-20 seconds my ping will spike to around 1300ms according to discord for about 5 seconds at most and also happens on any game I play the wifi connection is fine as it doesn’t happen on my phone, I’ve also tried replacing the wifi adapter which didn’t do anything and same with the modem.
So playing any games is impossible atm because of this problem. It seems to be something actually inside my pc causing the problems but I’ve looked everywhere online but found nothing.
It happened on a stormy night where I had forgot to turn of my pc, could of it burnt out something on my motherboard if it had been power surged overnight or has it affected a different part.
This problem is starting to get on my nerves as it doesn’t stop at all.
It would be lovely if I get a awnser to what is causing this...
