I purchased the headset and the mic quality s terrible compared to all the reviews I've seen. The volume is low with the mic at 100%. i have to add 20 dB for them to sound loud enough but when I do, it sounds so bad. It adds a bunch of white noise/hissing on my mic. Any solution or the mic (which is removable) just faulty? I don't have a sound car so it's connected to my motherboard which is a MSI b350 pc mate and it uses Realtek HD audio.
