Pc freezes during gameplay

Hello everyone happy New Year I am brand new to the forum and I need some help, my computer freezes while gaming it started about a month ago it doesent matter which game from rocket league to The division and it's pure random it can happen 20 min in or hours in I have no idea where to look, I have reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows 10 with all up to date drivers my cpu temps while gaming average at around 47c and my gpu around 50c and it still happens
Any advice greatly apperciated thanks

My Specs are
POWER SUPPLY -CORSAIR RM1000
MOTHERBOARD- ASUS RAMPAGE V EXTREME
CPU- INTEL 5820K
RAM - CORSAIR LPX 16GB 2133 MHZ
GPU - 2 EVGA 980TI SUPERCLOCKED
SSD- INTEL 256GB
HDD -SEAGATE 3TB

Every thing is stock, and for memtest how long should the test be runned for ?

Try this. Set your games to 'default settings' or find the 'reset' or 'reset game' button in the menu. Games sometimes remember a crash and programs it back in like a setting. I know it sounds weird but if you use Steam, it remembers your game settings in their servers. So when you download and reinstall your game, it remembers your settings (and the crash) and programs them back in. Granted it doesn't always happen but it doesn't hurt to try. I've had it happen several times.

So I have tested every hardware possibly can thru software I tested RAM with Men test 86 I left it overnight for 22 passes I tested the Cpu with prime 95 and that passes I tested my Gpu with furmax at 1440 p settings with msaa 4x
I tested my hard drives with sea gate tools that found nothing
I even reinstalled windows 10 and I'm still having same issues
Any other ideas ?
