What´s the difference between these 2 ASUS RADEON RX 560 GPU´s?

I want to buy a new GPU, but i can´t deside which one to buy and i came across this!
What are the difference´s between these 2 GPU´s. They have the same name but different price.

Second: https://www.asus.com/Graphics-Cards/RX560-O4G-EVO/ and the wesite i want to buy this from: https://www.arvutitark.ee/est/tootekataloog/0/ASUS-Graphics-Card-ASUS-AMD-Radeon-RX-560-4-GB-128-bit-PCIE-30-16x-GDDR5-Memory-6000-MHz-Dual-Slot-Fansink-1xDVI-1xHDMI-1xDisplayPort-RX560-O4G-EVO-318351

I am pretty sure i am missing something!

It looks like both of these cards are rebrands of the older RX 460 with the 896 stream processors, instead of 1024 and i wonder why Asus does this. RX 560 is supposed to have 1024 stream processors and 16 ROPs instread of 14. I do not suggest buying any of those. Maybe you should have a look at the Sapphire Pulse one, if they are falling at the same budget price
