Hello i need some advice on what to buy any help would be greatly appreciated

I have i5 2400S 2.90ghz 4gb ram with gtx650 1gb and when i try to play pubg i get 10fps. So im planning to upgrade my setup. I saw gtx750ti 2gb zotac card within my budget range and im wondering if i should upgrade my ram to 6gb too or is graphic card only enough to get decent fps with pubg

Your CPU is not that bad, but 4gb is not great for a new game like PUBG. But the card is the priority. A GTX 750 Ti isn't enough unless you don't mind low settings. Look at this video. Even so, as long as you're willing to compromise on settings or resolution then the 750 Ti will make the game playable for you. A 1gb 650 is simply not nearly enough for gaming these days.
