Computer Specs

PSU: Rosewill Arc Series 650 Watt (650W)

GPU: ATI Radeon RX 480 Graphics

CPU: Intel Core i5 4690 @ 3.50GHz

RAM: 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @

MOBO: ASRock Z97 Pro3

For some reason, the past two to three months my PC has been crashing frequently. Before it crashes sometimes I get lines like this, https://i.stack.imgur.com/OHaqf.jpg, but never enough to cover my whole screen. Just like five lines of that going across my screen. I just recently bought my GPU mid 2017 along with my PSU since both died early in 2017. GPU is currently the RX 480 8GB. It happens usually once a week at random times. My PC will freeze up, and the last sound that played will repeat for like 10 seconds before completely crashing. My GPU is still under warranty I believe if it is the cause of this.

Just to be clear that picture isn't mine, one I just found online. But the lines that appear look similar to the ones in the picture.

If my GPU has a high failure rate, should I even bother with replacing it under warranty, or try selling it to get a different GPU?

Get it replaced under warranty and then sell it and use the money to buy something more reliable.
