Which board should I get for spare parts build

Hello,
I am building a machine for a nephew.....

I have some old good parts but...
Need a MB

What I have .... in stock
A good old bronze PSU
980 gtx 4gb
An I5 4570 LGA1150 or... needs MB
Old boat i7 920 1366 needs MB
And a bunch of 1300-1600 DDR3

So I’m guessing the i5 since he wants to play some newer games but nothing crazy ... civ 6 or PUBG

I don’t wanna spend more than about 70 bucks on a MB and no plan to over clock.

I got an old good spare case from about 2012 to work with also

So please advice this old man, I been out of the gaming world since I became lazy with consoles ......
