Using integrated graphics for certain programs

I'm having the same issue as this poster, his never was answered or figured out. I don't have the drop down menu that lets us choose either GPU or iGPU for a program, anyone know what gives? I'm trying to get my Twitch app and browser to run off the iGPU

That thread referred to a function that really doesn't do what you seem to want to do. Are you trying to game with your dedicated GPU and stream with the iGPU? I don't think that is possible. Please clarify your intent.

I'm not trying to stream, I'm trying to get certain programs to run off of my integrated graphics rather than my gpu. I only want my gpu to drive my main monitor. I'm not streaming myself playing or anything, I'm watching Twitch streams.

Some programs will allow the selection granularity you seek, browsers typically don't. They just use whatever the primary video device is. You can certainly, if your hardware supports it and is configured properly, use an iGPU and a discrete GPU at the same time.
