antivirus for Win 7

Looking for recommendations for an antivirus program I can install on a C: drive with windows 7 64 bit pro, that I can use to scan a D: drive (separate drive, not just a partition) that is from a Win XP 64 bit machine.

any anti-virus can support Win 7. Avast free is fine and combine with malwarebyte. Once installed, you can scan any drive you want.
