PS4 or Gaming PC? What to choose.

I want to start a gaming channel on YouTube for that I want a gaming machine. I am a pc enthusiast. If I buy PS4 it will be different experience for me, but at same budget if I make a pc. It will not give enough performance and not even handle the live stream or recording. Should I buy PS4 or Gaming PC

What kind of budget are you looking at?

While the PS4 has only minimal streaming/recording functionality (relative to a PC), if your budget is low (PS4 territory), anything you *could* get in the PC realm isn't likely to be a streaming/recording beast anyway.

If you have a reasonable budget (depending on your specific location), a PC would be the "better" route for what you want to achieve.

The 2 biggest questions are a) what your budget is, & b) what games you're going to want to play.

If your budget is limited (i.e. $400-500 USD), you'll get more mileage from the PS4. If your budget is a little bit higher (i..e $1,000-1,500 USD), then you can get a PC with better performance.

If you're looking primarily at Playstation-exclusive games (or especially PS4 exclusives), then a PS4 makes the most sense. If you want a wider range of games, or are looking at PC-exclusive titles, then a PC is the better choice.

Another factor you would want to look at is if you have any friends who play on a specific system. Gaming is a million times better when you can enjoy it with a friend.

In my country, in my budget i can buy intel i3 8100 with 8gb ram and gtx 1060 3gb. And i also want to use ps4 because i have never had one. Please suggest me. Thx

Actually my budget is $800 to $900, but in India pc parts prices are very high, therefore I can only make Intel i3 8100 pc with GTX 1060 3gb. Therefore PS4 looks better. And as on games I mainly wants to play uncharted and other games. Most of the games are available on both PS4 and PC. Help me please. Thx in advance

a pc with i3 8100 and a gtx 1060 is alot better and faster than a ps4.. tho as they said look at what your friends are using and the games you want to play..
tho for me personally idc what my friends are playing, i will always go for the superior platform + pc is alot cheaper on the long run

so I just noticed this thread and I want to mention that ryzen 5 1600 will be much better for streaming and it is around the same price as i3 8100.

i was just thinking about that i ac buy intel i5 8400 or R5 1600 to make a steaming and gaming pc. Thx a lot
