Fully functional comp wont boot and now a red/yellow light showing by Ram

My computer was fully functional. I took off the sides and cleaned it with a dust cloth, now it wont boot up. A red and yellow light appears by the ram. then after a 30 sec the lights are off and the comp shuts itself off. nothing ever appears on the monitor. Im using a Asus X99 mother with 4 sticks of Hyperx ram. I have checked all the cables, Unplug and replugged it back in, tried restarting it, removed and replaced the ram ( in same slots and different slots), nothing is working. PLEASE HELP!

didnt work... i looked it up online... turned the tower off, unpluged it, took out the battery, pushed the power button for 10 sec... put it all back... still same problem... fans turn on, stats to boot, red light comes on switches to yellow then whole thing shut off

i cleared it and took out 3/4 ram... now it turns on, light turns yellow but stays yellow... the comp dosent shut off anymore on its own but i'm still not getting any picture on the monitor.

Ok i messed around more and got it to fully boot up and i was able to log into comp but i still hve the extra 3 sticks of ram removed.. if i turn it all off and put them back will it mess it up again?

Oh and i have a X99-E

A1 . and B1 worked... going to try A2 B2 now

all 4 are in and its booting up!!!! TY TY TY you saved me, my comp and my homework
