RAM Won't show/

I've had 4gb of ram i wanted eight for that pc master race.
I bought a same exact copy same serial ect same mhz and everything
place it in doesn't show i have 8gb now i try to put it in my other rams slot switch still shows 4gb of ram won't show the 8gb i gave it a hour restarted ect please help
also it says 2.0/8.4 committed 1.3 gb cashed and then 1.9 gb avaliabled and only 1/4 slots use and says memory 4.0 ddr3 but my computer turns on perfectly fine no error it just not showing my extra 4gb of ram please help

Memory manufacturers guarantee memory to be compatible in the form it is sold in and not by matching up identical part numbers.

Since the old memory was never tested with the new memory there is no guarantee they will work together. Adding extra memory creates additional stress on the memory controller and as a result the memory may no longer be able to operate at rated specifications.

You might try lowering the memory frequency, relaxing timings, increasing DRAM voltage.

also i downloaded "rammmon" adn it says slot #1 but slot #2 isn't populated and my computer says i have two extra slots but i don't see two extra slots on my motherboard.
