Solution
Get 8 GB RAM at the minimum. If you can, go for the 1060 6GB instead of 3 GB, which can be done by dropping that CoolerMaster Liquid cooler and using the stock cooler. If you are not OC'ing, and that CPU does not allow OC'ing, it is a waste of money. Use the money for the 1060 6Gb and to get an SSD.

Upgrade that PSU asap, it is not that great. Try for a 550W or 650W from EVGA, Corsair, Seasonic. Has to be well rated.
