Will this GPU be a good upgrade to my pc?

Hey buddy! I'm pretty new to PC building but from what I can see I don't see why it would be a bad decision. This video on youtube shows that the CPU and GPU are both working at 100% so there should be no bottlenecking. Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-iYRpSb1rxY

Only issue I see arising would be that there may be a GPU that's more bang for your buck (just a guess not sure at all) or that the 300W PSU will hold your PC back, otherwise I don't see why it wouldn't be a bad upgrade. Cheers buddy!
