Bootloop problem gaming PC?? Help!

Hello all PC gamers and enthusiastics. I was playing BF1 on my gaming PC and I decided to take a nap for a few hour and turned off my PC directly through windows 10 start menu. Woke up a couple hours later to turn my PC on and I had a boot loop of turning on and off repeatedly. I have never had this problem before. So I checked inside my PC.

There is no burning smell and everything seems fine in terms of connections to the motherboard.

I really need some help to why my PC is doing this and if anyone has any solutions to this problem.
PC Specs:
CPU - I5-4460@3.20ghz

GPU - GIGABYTE GEFORCE G1 970 4GB WINDFORCE

PSU - EVGA GOLD 500w

RAM- 8GB CORSAIR VENGANCE

MOTHERBOARD - GIGABYTE H81M -S2H

SSD- SAMSUNG EVO 250GB

HDD- 1TB WD BLUE

Hi

Some questions so I can help you out better.

-Do you have 2 sticks of 4gb, or 1 stick of 8gb ram?
-Does the pc eventually boot up after a couple of on and offs, if so do you get an error message when it does boot?
-How old is this system?

- I have 2 sticks of 4GB RAM

- after a couple on and offs sometimes it turns on sometimes not at all. also not error message just boots to windows 10 home screen login

- the system is around 2 years and a couple months old. Had it since July of 2015.

No, I do not get any messages like that. It boots straight to windows 10. But recently it dosent even boot to motherboard screen, boots for 1-3 seconds then turns off and keeps repeating.

looks like your windows is corrupted or a device driver problem but its fixable without losing data.

can you try spamming f8 until it shows the windows logo? does it stop the boot loop? can you enter safe mode?

if not, you will need to get a Windows installer from a separate machine to help you repair it. you can go to this site and follow instructions there. a usb drive (at least 8GB or a write into a DVD). once you have it. boot your pc. press F8. and slect the usb or the dvd to load from. select Repair. troubleshoot. command prompt.

type "sfc /scannow". restart.
if not fixed. try startup repair.
if still not fixed. system restore.

if it still fails. remove your hard disk. attach your HDD to a SATA cable of another computer or a SATA to USB adpater. and copy your files there.
reattach your HDD back to your computer. boot from your windows installer. and do a fresh install of windows. delete all partitions. format. install.

Yeah. It was starting a couple hours ago for a couple second then shut down. I contracted intel support they told me to take out the battery from my motherboard and putting it back in. I did that and since it has not powered on.

When you did this I think you fried your pc, did you use an antistatic band while touching the components.
