System high cpu usage causes crashes and freezing

Hi,

So I got a new computer around August and it started to crash around late October (if I remember correctly). I have tried so many things but nothing helps.

What happens is that the System program (ntoskrnl) goes up in CPU usage (like 30-40%) and my computer gets 1-5 fps for a while before crashing. When I wrote this it went up to about 10% and it the sound and fps started to "buffer". Then it went back down. It does this pretty often. I only have this site up on Firefox plus Spotify and it did this, but other times I can play have 2 games up at once and Youtube with Spotify and Skype up in the background without anything happening.

The cause of the crashes is: Video Scheduler Internal Error. Then the computer restarts, but sometimes it doesn't. This happens sometimes when I normally starts it too. The computer lights up and fans start to run but my screens stay black and their lights say they are off. My Razer equipment didn't light up either (now I don't have Razer but used to).

Well that is all the problems that happens. Anyone know why? I've read people having similar problems but the fixes they got that worked didn't work for me.

The startup problem is not my main focus, I just want the crashing to fix so I can work and play in peace.

(Keep in mind that I have updated all the drivers, the BIOS is updated, and I have windows 10 but not activated)
