The GS lineup is very much budget - but availability can be limited in some locations, making it a common purchase.
Generally speaking, there's substantially better offerings for similar money..... but that may not be true everywhere.
Where are you located specifically?? What's your PSU budget? What are your system specs?

I believe that PSU is quite old? Either way I recommend the CXM 650 from Corsair. It offers the reliability and great features of the higher end models without the steep price tag. This one is also 80+ bronze compared to the bog standard cheapo 80+ rating of the GS600 meaning it will be more efficient and often that comes with more reliability and higher quality.

I live in Georgia.My budget is 80$. I do not have decent PC but i want to upgrade it and that's why i am buying a new PSU.
Specs: Asus H81M-K
Pentium G3260
Kingston 4GB DDR3 1333mhz memory
2 x Seagate Barracuda 500GB 7200 rpm
NO GPU.(The reason why i am buying PSU)
and shitty power supply
There is also SeaSonic S12 Energy Plus SS-650HT in my country.Is this better one?

No the CX is not recommended for extremely high end overclockable parts. The CXM series is just as reliable as the RM and RMX series from Corsair.

IIRC, the GM750 is similar in quality to the GS from Corsair - so "ok" at best.
The G650 from SeaSonic though? Great PSU, albeit an older platform - highly recommended.
