Can i connect vga to dvi port using a adapter.

Hey,
I only want to know that the blue wire(vga cable) which is connected with motherboard and monitor so my question is can i use adapter to connect my blue wire to dvi port using a adapter,will it increase screen quality.
Any answers will be appreciated.

If your motherboard / video adapter has DVI connection, in general you will get better quality than VGA. If all you have is VGA, there's no reason converting it to DVI (moreover it needs an expesive adapter), you will get same quality.
