24-pin not coming off

I’ve watched several YouTube videos on how to unplug the 24-pin, but it just won’t come off! With all of my strength it does not budge. Yes, I understand I have to push down the little tab, I have been doing that. I have a GA78LMTUSB3 motherboard. Please help.

I'd suggest removing the motherboard so you can see where it is hanging up. Also try a rocking action; that is a very old motherboard and so the plug has no doubt sat in the socket a long time.
