I have a gtx1070 Asus Turbo and I was changing the GPU clock some days ago, just 100ghz up of the value it was set. Nothing dangerous and the temperature did not went more than 82degrees, but since I did that while playing lol or overwatch I see small lines distorionating the image that should be behind them going up and down the screen, I use a 2560x1440 minitor at 60hz and I experience this problem since I changed this. I changed the settings back to normal but still the issue and I can't find the answer to this and why that setting made all this, does that mean that I can not overclock the GPU? How can I fix it? Why it did not happened before? How can I overclock it? I'm new in overclocking things or in those problems so any help would be appreciated. Thank you all.

can you turn vsync and triple buffering off? thats most likely screen tearing you are seeing. if you dont have it in game. go to the nvidia control panel. 3d graphic settings. go scroll for your game. and change settings there. or just use the global option.
