would the ARCTIC Alpine 64 PLUS be a good cpu cooler for the ryzen 5 1600x?

i am trying to find a good cooler for the ryzen 5 1600x for price under $40 and lower if possible. I realize ryzens are hot but i dont want to overpay for a cooler i could have got for a cheaper price

That cooler is just a small block of aluminum with no heatpipes. You'd be better off getting the Hyper 212+ EVO for an extra $10-15. Keep in mind you'll need an AM4 bracket to mount the cooler, or just buy a stock AM4 cooler.
