Well the title says it all. I was going to discord when I saw that my mic was not receiving anything. Sure it is in the recording devices but there is no green lights going up.

Hi,

By the way this is the overclocking section, you're looking for the computer peripherals section.

As for your problem, I had a headset which sometimes had that problem, I would try some different usb ports and it would work, maybe this is the case for you?
