What is the best psu for my setup ?

Well, i have an psu 350W, but i when I put to my setup an gtx 1050 ti it seems like computer slows sometimes that much that even browser are stopping working, and I think that graphic card is to much for this psu and it damaged my hard disk. Sometimes I am getting 1 fps In games.

Because in games like league of legends, cs go or any old game, everything is fine. I am getting that low fps sometimes only in new games. And when I have manager task opened sometimes it shows that disk is 100%.
