I’m currently in progress of building my first gaming pc ever and was looking for some insight on if it would be a good idea to add another fan to my build. My current parts are as follows:
Ryzen 5 1600 CPU
EVGA GTX 1060 GPU
Phanteks P300 (only 1 fan)
Toshiba 5TB HDD
WD Blue 250gb SSD
ASUS DVD Drive
ASUS Prime B350 motherboard
EVGA 450BT PSU

The best would be if you could have 1 intake fan and 1 outtake fan. So 1 in the front and 1 in the back.
This is not needed, but will improve cooling by maybe 2-3 degrees overall. This is dependent on several conditions, however it sould generally lower the core temperature of the case.
So if you're able to get another 120mm(Or 140mm) then sure, go for it.

Cheers
