Looking for low budget upgrade for CPU/MB/RAM

My specs:
Gpu R9 280x sapphire 3gb OC edition
Cpu AMD FX 6100 3.3 GHz
Mb
RAM 2x4gb ddr3
Psu

Currently my pc is bottlenecked by its RAM and CPU. And I want to upgrade it depending on my gpu. I currently run games high on texture settings, but ram and cpu dependent graphics (Like effects) on low. Which looks really weird.

The budget is 200-500 euro

The "low budget" doesn't say alot,what is your max budget? I guess by your name will it be euro's which is fine.

with these is the motherboard choice dependent on the case size.
What cpu you chose is dependent on what you want to spend.Since upgrading do i recommend with Intel to go for the i5 8400,with AMD for either the Ryzen 1500 or imo preferably the 1600.The quadcores wil do fine for now,but the others are more future proof as far as you can say that.

I think I'll go for the ryzen 5 1600, because AMD will stick to the AM4 untill 2020. I'll look around for the RAM and MB just a bit more. Thanks for your advice!
