My gtx 1050 notebook got 53.4 fps in unigine heaven 4.0( quality = high , tesselation = disable and antialiasing is off). Is this score a good for gaming at medium settings at 1080p.
The answer is both yes and no because it's totally dependent on the game. What you should do is compare your unigine heaven benchmarks with benchmarks from the exact same systems to see if you are getting normal/expected performance for your rig.
Bear in mind that many notebooks, even supposed 'gaming' ones, aren't really that good at gaming. Eventually they can hit their thermal capacity maximum and start downclocking.

MERGED QUESTION Question from himanshupaliwal98.hp : "unigine heaven scores 4.0"
himanshupaliwal98.hp :
My notebook configuration is i5 7300hq, gtx 1050 2gb and 8gb ddr4 ram. On unigine heaven 4.0 test( quality = high, tesselation= disable, anti aliasing= off , resolution 1920×1080p) my gpu got 53.4 fps. Is this score good enough to play witcher 3 at 1080p medium settings at 40+ fps?
remember you dont have a i5 7300 and a 1050.......you have the nerfed laptop equivalent of it. less cores and lower Mhz of a gtx 1050 to aquire the lower tdp and lower heat of these parts.
you can start the game yes.....but low resolution is your best.
