My specs:
i7-7700k @ 4.2GHz w/ H100i extreme cooling (not v1)
Z270F Strix mobo
ASus GTX 1080 O8G OC Edition
1x 16GB Corsair Vengeance RAM @3000MHz(XMP Profile)
Cooler Master V650 80+ Gold
Using an NZXT S340 Elite with the radiator at the front. The fans are acting as an intake, the radiator is in the inside while the fans are outside
The top and rear fans are working as exhausts.
Ran my Cooler fans to 100% and noticed these temps:
Idle temps are 40~Cish with sudden spikes to 65~ whenever I open any application. Temps are 65-72~C while I'm gaming with some spikes at 75C, which is a relief.
MY CPU and BIOS is on stock settiings besides enabling the XMP profile for RAM OC.
I tried changing my thermal paste which actually helped. These temps used to cross 80 before(90 with XMP enabled. Now the max I see is 75C. But it still isn't satisfactory considering my CPU is on stock with a liquid cooler attached to it. I am worried I'll be facing issues when I decide to OC this cpu.
Disabling XMP profile reduces temperature only by 2~C on load so I am not considering doing that
