iPhone Back-Up: Some items not transferred to computer...? "Computer not authorised..."

After running a backup of my iPhone 6s Plus to my Windows x64 computer, I get a message saying that some songs were not transferred to iTunes Library because, "...you are not authorised for it on this computer".

I go to Account>Authorisations>Authorise This Computer, and I see that this computer is ALREADY authorised.

So, I run the back-up again, but I still get the same error message at the end of the back-up.

Any idea what's wrong?

Thanks.

Check on the phone that the photos still actually exist. I don't own any Apple devices but I'm guessing that if you can view the photos from your phone, the app should be able to tell you where it actually is on the device's file system so you can back them up some other way.

If the songs are DRM-infested, the files may be locked to your iPhone and iTunes is refusing to back them up because the backed-up files would just end up being unreadable on any other device.

You could also try copying the problematic files elsewhere on your device using a file manager and see if you can back those up some other way like e-mailing them to yourself or cloud backup.

Thanks for the reply.

I think that the fault may have been in my Sync settings.

In iTunes, I highlighted Music and clicked Sync and then ran the Back Up again. I think it's ok now.

But, on a related note..........

Photos:

On my computer, in This PC/Pictures, I can see folders listed 2015-10 (the month I bought this phone) up to, and including, 2017-10, containing all the relevant photos.

Why are there no folders for 2017-11 and 2017-12? (The photos from those two months aren't in any other folders.)

Thanks.
