Will 550W LC power be enough for R9 270X 2GB?

I'm getting a new video card to replace the old R7 250. New one is MSI R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 256bit OC edition, and my question is will my power supply be enough?

My current specs are:

AMD Athlon 750K 3.4GHz Quad-Core
8GB DDR3 1600MHz
FM2-A55M-E33
LC Power LC5550 550W Silent Edition

I know the CPU might bottleneck the card, at least before I clock it, but I'm just wondering if I'll have any issues with this CPU? It has one 6-pin connector and I have an adapter for the other slot, as the card uses 2 6-pin connectors for power supply.

  1. You will be fine i think because card recommended psu is 500w. you are running 550w which is OK.

    While the use of Molex to PCIe adapters is generally frowned upon, you will likely be okay with this PSU powering your new GPU and the rest of your system.
