B350 board showing different ram speeds

So i just built my budget gaming pc and in the bios after i enable xmp but the amd variant on the ez mode screen it shows slot A2 as 2400 and B2 as 2133. I updated to the newest bios and made sure all i did was enable xmp. Any clue why this is happening?
Asus B350m-a motherboard
Ryzen 3 1200
EVGA 1060 6GB SC
Corsair ddr4 2400 2x8GB
Corsair cx550 modular
Corsair Air 240
Stock Cpu cooler
Samsung 850 evo 250gb ssd
Seagate 750gb 2.5 sshd

I just built an ASUS Prime B350 Plus and had a very similar problem with my Corsair memory showing as 2133 MHz. Admittedly both RAM sticks displayed the same incorrect value however if you read towards the end you will see that I solved it...

Admittedly both RAM sticks displayed the same incorrect value however if you read towards the end you will see that I solved it relatively simply by enabling D.O.C.P. which automatically sets the best values for your RAM. After rebooting my speeds were displayed correctly as 2666 MHz

To pick up on your comment "just maybe the motherboard shows it wrong?" ..........You might be right, despite mine now running at the correct speed the BIOS still shows the lower values (2133 MHz) on the Main Screen.
