How much is my PC worth?
AMD Ryzen 7 1800x
Noctua NH-D15 dual fan cpu cooler
EVGA gtx 1060 ssc 6gb
12GB ddr4 RAM
MSI B350M MB
Zalman Z9 midsize case
1TB WD hdd
512GB intel m.2 ssd
EVGA 500W PSU

It'll depend on your local market etc.

While some of those components will hold good value vs "new" (Ryzen7, Noctua, 1060 and the SSD), others aren't worth much used - the PSU, the case, the HDD..... and others are a little 'odd' like 12GB of RAM on a dual-channel board (and you haven't specified speed)

If you found someone who wanted that exact spec, you could maybe sell it for ~$900

Your best option would be to part it out, sell what's viable.... and keep things like the HDD for future re-use yourself.
