Better cases for air cooling in hot climate

Hi! I'm wondering which type of case will be better for hot climate on an air cooling build, so NO water cooling suggestions. I'm going with two examples to be clear. On the one hand, cases like Fractal Meshify C, with mesh front panel will allow more air coming inside the case but I have the feeling that in a 35º/40º ambient temperature that air would be hot.
On the other hand, cases like Fractal Define (or NZXT S340 or Phanteks P400), with front panels only allowing air through the edges, I feel like less amount of air entering means things can get pretty hot in there. Same with silent cases like NZXT H440 for example. The noise isolation it's a double edged sword.
Also, does the size of the case matters?
What do you think? Are the open front cases better or the closed ones?

Solution
I like the FD MC I would move the included front fan to the top back blowing out and add some high CFM fans to the front blowing in.
