HD5750 and HD5770 should be pretty close and they are the only two choices in the 5700 range.

You might not be able to run some new games at all. Those cards are limited to DX11 and there are some newer games that require DX12.

Anything from that era certainly though. They were entry level GPUs, but more then enough for decent gaming. I would stick to Steam and play older titles or indie games for the best experience. Trying to force an old rig to play newer games can be quite disappointing. Also, new games are more expensive.

Yeah, I would primarily stick to slightly older games. Most PC games from the PS3/360 era would likely run fairly well on that system. GTAV was originally released for those consoles, but it was between generations and the PC version is more like the XBONE/PS4 release, and probably wouldn't run all that well on that hardware. That said, I think your system technically meets the game's minimum requirements. Going by the minimum requirements listed on Steam, they call for a Radeon HD 4870, which is similar in performance to an HD 5750/5770, a Phenom 9850, which should actually be a bit slower than a Phenom II X4 955, and 4GB of RAM. I suspect those might be the requirements to run the game at 720p resolution at low settings though, and that hardware probably won't run it particularly smoothly.

Guys as I saw i can upgrade cpu to phenom x6, i think its 6 core, and motherboard allows up to 16gb ram so il upgrade ram for sure, nd maybe buy graphic something like gtx 1050ti i think, then how good my hardware would be?

It would be better, but dumping money into a dead end platform is never wise. (Though if you can get the CPU and memory used for very little, maybe it is worth it)

Spend that money on a CPU/Motherboard/RAM, and if enough remains, a GPU.

Something like a R3-1200 would be quite a leap forward. An R5 would be even better.
