Hey everyone, I really dont understand it... Are there settings that I'm not aware of that fix this issue? I've not installed anything regarding TF2, besides a HUD back in the day. At first I thought it was the valve engine that tf2 was run on but this is a little bit ridiculous.
I run GTAV at around 110 frames, and TF2 at around 50 (at most)

nvidia gtx 1060 6gb
i7 6700 3.4 ghz
16 gigs ram
