My friend is just now getting into pc gaming and he asked me to find him a pre-built UNDER 1000 dollars. He can not spend more than a thousand. It also needs to have a monitor included or list a monitor for him to buy. The second one has a really good processor, but an average GPU. The first one, with the monitor option, is more balanced IMO.
