Solution
You're gonna have to uninstall Drivers, soo press start hold shift (left one) and select restart while holding.
Then, Windows 10 reboots and asks you to select an option. Choose Troubleshoot.
Then, on the Troubleshoot screen, select Advanced options.
On the Advanced options screen, choose Startup Settings.
Windows 10 says that you can restart your device to change advanced boot options, including enabling Safe Mode. Press Restart.
After Windows 10 reboots, you can choose which boot options you want to be enabled. To get into Safe Mode choose it.

Now before you're gonna reboot into safe mode download DDU and uninstall GPU drivers (Choose Clean and Restart!!!! after you are into safe mode.).
And after reboot download and reinstall them...

Code 141 only means that the computer shut down incorrectly. This is one of the few errors that are reactionary and do not have a direct cause.

The general consensus is that this is mostly a software issue rather than hardware issue. You have a very solid PSU so unless it came defective there is nothing wrong with it. It's also more than enough to handle that system.

Update your drivers, all of them, and if that doesn't fix it, then re-install Windows. If that doesn't fix it, then we can start troubleshooting hardware issues.

And after reboot download and reinstall them, don't use automatic detection software, just choose which windows and which gpu you have (1080ti) and install (run as administrator).

About your connection from PSU to GPU, i see you are using 1 rail of 2x6+2 not 2 rails of 6+2, connect another 6+2 from psu to gpu soo you have 2 cables to PSU, thats the recommended way.

Ok so far I found a “fix” reseat all the ram slot correctly This is werid I swear the ram correctly. At first I though the faulty slot is the cause but when I instead the ram( that have error) to the “faulty slot” it works fine and when I slot all the ram my system is stable .So if there is no problem appear again then the causes is ram “not seated “ correctly.Btw why do you say the recommend way is install two rail?

After using about 2 days I realized the issue no longer happen with the two rail method thanks man didn’t know that it will affect the voltage.Last question though in what scenario can I plug the gpu using the one rail method.

Its like this if your psu can handle 12V on 30A thats =360W+/- max with cpu and GPU soo you gotta care that on PSU label is not same as CPU power pin, yeah a bit complicated.
Or if max rated is 500W on 12V rail soo that consumes with cpu 120W and gpu 200W for example and you are hitting max and rail becomes unstable, just see on jonnyguru psu on oscilator graph that on max load 12V goes crazy.

And also JayzTwoCents tried this and achieved better results, as some in comments asked him to do.

DSCN0022.jpg

Like you see here on this label 500W max on 12V and 42A.
Im electrician i have a degree soo i know power loses and etc.

link for example.

If they have 850W they wouldn't need to care about it.
It really depends in which kind of situation are you in.

And thats why some of people ask this
