Hey guys, so I've been looking around searching for the best build for my budget but it always seems that there is always a better component for the budget, so as I know you guys are pretty good at this, could anyone tell me the best build for this budget? Preferably from Amazon.de cause I'm in Belgium and I think it's the best place to buy the parts from.
Thanks in advance guys!

You could buy used if you don't buy SSD you could find 1080p. Like this one Asus VS228NE
I've got VW228N for around 8 Years, and i can say its pretty sturdy piece of Monitor. But only downside may be the pixel density (when looked closley) and no HDMI.
