would my build be considered good for editing videos at 60fps?

Can you give a firm budget on the pc only without the rest stuff?
1600 not enough, 1700 is more suitable with 4 more threads
Ram too slow
Krait motherboard is a no no
Why do you need 4 1 tb hdd? Does 2 2 tb work for you as they are cheaper
What resolution video do you edit?
Do you really need 3 monitors? IPS panel is better for editing.
Gpu is a little bit weak too.
Case is poor quality.

1080p, and i am trying to be around $2,000, but i can extend if needed

Small ssd is for OS and software caching, gaming.
500 gb nvme ssd is for material
Gtx 1080 is good for 1440p 144hz Gsync monitor
4k monitor is for editing, premiere pro can utilize 4k monitor even if your video is only 1080p. Any questions?
