Hi, I own LG BH16NS40 for 5 years now, and recently it started to causing me issues. I typically burn bd dvd's(100, 50, 25 GB) and in 99% it burns well, but when I want to check if my movie works, it just opens a Vlc player and after 10 sec I get "bad file descriptor" from Vlc. I don't know why, cause every movie or whatever, works perfectly fine on my pc, it doesn't work after I burned the content, which is really strange, cause I was burning the same stuff a 1 ago, and it worked how it supposed to.What I tryied:I cleaned lenses, I have the latest firmware update. Does anyone had this kind of problem? If you did, is there any way to fix it or I need a new bd driver? Thanks.

If you've tried all the drivers you can, cleaning, and tried a different stack of media, and you still have problems, most likely it's a physical problem of an old drive starting to give up the ghost and not something you can repair.
