Motherboard Upgrade

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi guys before doing this want to know your opinion and do I miss something!
So I need to upgrade MOBO as on this PC https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/omen-by-hp-870-200/13687063/document/c05413406/ bios is set in the way that it doesn't let you install new GPU so I want to upgrade MOBO that all works!
So far I upgraded to PSU http://www.corsair.com/en-gb/tx-m-series-tx550m-550-watt-80-plus-gold-certified-psu-na
GPU Geforce 1060
and want to buy Motherboard : http://www.gigabyte.us/Motherboard/GA-H270M-DS3H-rev-10#kf
question will new MOBO will fit by size,will all components whats left will be compatible CPU,Ram ect.
