Need help about a CPU and GPU

I have a Core2Quad Q8300 and a GT 220
I am about to upgrade GPU
Will my procesor bottleneck A GTX 1050, GT 1030 or GTX 750 Ti

There will most certainly be some bottlenecking with that CPU, but the real question is what are you doing with that PC? If you are gaming, then what you should do is buy something like the 1050 and then start saving up to buy/build a new system since yours is quite dated. I understand that your system could still be doable for daily tasks, but the C2Q CPUs are no longer able to hold up as gaming processors.

Well yes I want to game on it and I was thinking about selling this computer and buying this PC

Procesor : X4 840 3.1 GHz
MoBo : ASUS A68HM-K
Ram : 8 GB 1600MHz
GPU : GTX 750 Ti
Storage : 1TB + 60GB SSD
PSU has 500W
Would that be a gaming rig? It costs 220 dollars
