My games keep crashing

Okay so long story short, I just replaced some of my components, my CPU, mobo, and RAM. Before this all of my games have always worked very nicely, but just now when I upgraded my PC, pretty much all of my games crash 0-5-10 min into the game. Usually i get no error message, except it saying that the game crashed, but for example, epic games launcher (fortnite) tells me that i have insufficient system files.
Please help me, I don't know what to do, maybe do a full system reboot?

Specs:
RAM: Corsair vengeance 2x4gb ddr4 2666mhz
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB DUAL OC
MOBO: MSI B250
CPU: Intel core i5 7600k 3.8ghz
SSD: Corsair 120gb
HDD: 1 TB
PSU: 500W (Don't know what model)
CPU COOLER: HYPER 212 EVO

Solution

Yes, you need to install fresh window after replace with new mobo/CPU. It is highly recommended.

How old is your power supply and what model is it? It may be failing and can't provide enough power to the video card in games. Even a fairly new power supply can be insufficient. A year ago I upgraded to a GTX 1060 6 GB and had crashes in games. It turned out my year old power supply was not up to the job and replacing it with a better unit totally fixed the problem.
If you run a video benchmark like Heaven does it crash? The program should show you the temperatures while running so you can make sure that nothing is overheating.

Upgrades like those usually means you reinstall the OS from scratch and then the drivers from the motherbd's & GPU respective websites.
It sounds like you are crashing because the old hardwares' driver's aren't appropriate for the new hardware.

My specs are almost identical, and I am experiencing almost the same issue. My games that once worked flawlessly, now crash after 15-20 min of up time. Did you ever resolve this issue?

Do you also not know the model of your psu?

My power supply is an EVGA 500w (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA6ZP3RB4797&ignorebbr=1&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleMKP-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleMKP-PC-_-pla-_-Power+Supplies-_-9SIA6ZP3RB4797&gclid=CjwKCAjwx7DeBRBJEiwA9MeX_O6tnky9BCqMWr2a0coGwl9N-HmDly4eQkjf_QbuB7NXUhtmkjG1ShoCVhcQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds)
