Trying to OC my 7600k from 3.8 GHz to 4.5 GHz (maybe 5) My specs:
i5 7600k @ 3.8 GHz
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
MSI z270 GAMING M3
Corsair CX600
MSI GTX 1060 6gb GAMING X
Samsung 850 500 Gb SSD
NZXT s340 Elite
Asking about two things: Whether or not the Cooler Master will get me to 4.5 GHz, and, if not, what cooler (water or air) would get stable temps for 4.5 GHz below or just at $100. Also wondering what temps are good/max for sustained gaming and load/stress tests,
