DDR2-800 PC2-6400 is this normal after upgrade ?

I unable to figure out and hence I need your help
Q.1 Why core speed (as shown by arrow in image) got reduced to 799 Mhz from 1330 Mhz after ram upgrade
Q.2 Why FSB;DRAM ratio remain unchanged after upgrade ?
Q.3 Dram Frequency in CPU-Z remains unchanged in both cases to 266.0 MHz as you can see in both images?
Q.4 what would be optimum tweak that can be done to get maximum with this system. Also I see no options in BIOS to change FSB, and Ram setting. But I am aware of utilities which can do this.

If both modules in a kit are identical, then the BIOS should detect them automatically. Nowhere in the BIOS CPU settings you can select the memory speed? Unlike large motherboard manufacturers like Asus, ASRock, Gigabyte, MSI, etc., a custom BIOS doesn't exist for such a motherboard; they were not sold in large quantities and certainly not to enthusiasts.

The core speed is based on CPU requirements, not on the installed memory; in the first one the multiplier is 10 (the maximum) while it only is 6 (the minimum) in the second one. In both cases the memory is running at 533 MHz (266 MHz x 2); is there a BIOS setting to change memory settings?

Hello GhislainG Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the current BIOS is fucking old. It doesn't even display Ram speed so forget about any ram and fsb settings in it. Also I have edited my post to point out the Dram Frequency in CPU-Z remains unchanged in both cases to 266.0 MHz as you can see in both above images. Hopefully someone will guide regarding this and also regarding updating BIOS (Motherboard vendor doesn't have one) Thanks.

Update-
core speed (as shown by arrow in image) got reduced to 799 Mhz from 1330 Mhz just because of hardening of CPU thermal paste causing gap between CPU and heat sink. Due to CPU getting hot it automatically was reducing and setting multiplier x6. It was just coincidence that it happened just after installing new set of Ram.
When I cleaned both surfaces and re-installed with fresh thermal paste, CPU immediately got running at x10 multiplier and also system turned noticeably fast.
But I am yet looking for solution to the problem for DRAM frequency still remains 266 Mhz for 400 Mhz stick. And no option in BIOS to set it.
