Why is my computer under preforming and stuttering?

i have a Athlon x4 880k and gtx 1050ti and i feel like my computer is under preforming. like i watch videos on the same specs getting a lot more fps than me and it also stuttera on some games. Please give me reasons or solutions on how to fix it or help it?

What's your CPU usage at idle? Could be high CPU usage, also an 880K will hold you back on CPU intensive games. The cores are on the lower end and have poor single threaded performance

What games?

Also your 880k is quite weak and old (uses a revision of an architecture that was quite poor in performance in 2011).

it just constantly goes up and down its on 2% then it will go to 25-50, its usally on 1-5%.

on overwatch on epic 1080p maxed out this youtuber gets like 80 fps and when i do it it only gets 30fps and thats the same for any setting i tried it on low and it didnt change anything. this is the same for h1z1 it was on the highest settings i get 30fps then i change it to low or medium and the fps stays the same and it sometimes stutters. and i do restart the game when i chaneg the settings. there are some videos where he gets above 60 all the time.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JhqyCRen_5I he has made many with these specs and the fps he gets are higher than mine

also csgo it gets around 300fps for everyone on max then i do it it gets 40-60 if that

do you have the monitor hooked DIRECTLY into the 1050 ti and NOT the back of the motherboard?

i have tried many times my cpu usage jumps aroud one sec its around 3% then it goes to abouit 25 then 50 then back to 2. also I have just found out it has 2 cores instead of 4 so im not sure why that it and it definety has 4 do you know why?
